For those of you who are just checking in for the first time, hello, and thank you for your time and interest.
After a year of contemplation and months of writing, re-writing, editing, and private group playtesting, I’m happy with the rules in my independent table RPG and am ready to begin distributing free copies of the current PDF revision- still a work in progress- to interested players and GMs who are looking for something new to spend an evening on.
In this distribution, what I’m interested in more than anything else is the ability of you and your players to play the game without my direct intervention: this is the first time the rules have had to stand on their own, so I’m excited to see how the game plays from one table to another.
Let me reiterate: this is a work in progress, the file that you’ll be getting includes a very complete version of the rules, but the art, diagrams, page numbers and other quality and production value concerns remain to be completed over the course of the next few months.
If you’re interested in getting a copy of Of Fate and Fealty for testing and play purposes, please email me at:
We’ll arrange a simple NDA statement and I’ll send you a copy of the 158 page PDF which comes complete with all of the material that you need to run including rules, equipment lists, antagonists, magic- the whole kit and kaboodle.
I’ll deploy the rules to the first 15 people to email me. For those who don’t make it in, the information tumblr will go live in November as we draw closer to my January release date. For RPG players in Columbus, Ohio, look for my posters going up in your favorite game shops at about the same time. Finally, for cbus folks there will be opportunities to get free printed copies of the game at the launch events which I’m currently negotiating with the hobby shops in our city. Again, I’d like to thank you for your time and interest and hope that you too look forward to the release of my game!
